Stormwind alive again

This old town of ours seems to eventually come alive again. Of course it is partly because we are growing and that more than a few of the new Knights really are engaging themself in what to become of us. Which in turn gets me going. Additionally there are two individuals that really need mentioning; Pilus of Stormwind Militia and Nevar of the Covenant. What they have accomplished are quite remarkable. Whithout their contributions Stormwind would be a much duller place. Just so you know.

55 Knights strong

The recruiting has done a lot to our guild, we now are 55 Knights strong. The goal is set for 100 Knights, which will bring us back into our old shape. Then it is also time to act, and we hope it is not to late. As the 9th Battalion seems more like a sixth column, we are worried the Scourge is gaining power over Azeroth again.

Recruiting spree, again

As the Knights need to grow I have once more dedicated myself to recruiting. It is really rewarding, talking to people and suddenly get a »Yes, why not?«. I will continue this until we are 50 Knights, then a short pause to gain some level, and at it again. I will not stop until we reach 100 members.

War is at hand

It is time again to gather the army and march out of Stormwind. The Alliance 9th Battalion has summoned all good men and women fit for military service to go to war. The Knights will bring its best members to defend what we all holds high, our city and our King.

Our new hang-out The Pig & Whistle Tavern

Here is where we meet from now on; all Knights and friends, at The Pig & Whistle Tavern in the Old Town of Stormwind. The establishment is old and the present owner took it over from his father, which makes it a place with a familiar feeling even though it is quite large.

Exile ends

In the end of the summer I was forced to exile from Stormwind. Hard times at home made me turn back up north. The exile is now over and I can again concentrate on the Knights. Politics awaits...

Summer ends and we start anew

The summer comes to an end. Not really weatherly, but mentally. Some Knights have gone and some have come this summer. The overall feeling is that there is a small kadre of Knights that are very loyal. Then there is some that leave when they reach levels above 60. Finally there are some that even come back after a tour in some other guild. The over all feeling is that this outfit really works, and the loyal and the coming-backers are the proof of this.
This autumn shall be interesting, because there are so many new faces. And they seem eager to participate and contribute.

The Explorers Guide to Azeroth

I came upon an interesting web site this morning, The Lost WoW. I just have scratched it on the surface, but the article about the "second" prison in Stormwind and all the pictures from that "instance" is worth the visit alone.
